I got married nine months ago and it’s taken me that long to return to blogging. I’m excited to be back especially since I’ve upgraded from an iPhone to a Sony A6000, woo hoo!
Fire Edge is my submission for this week’s photo challenge. This scripture is where I got the idea for my blog so I’m including it for this photo:“‘When you reap the harvest of your land, do not reap to the very edges of your field or gather the gleanings of your harvest. Leave them for the poor and for the foreigner residing among you. I am the Lord your God.’” Leviticus 23:22
So happy that you are back posting such lovely photos!
Thank you, sweetest Mommy!
Welcome back and thank you for your thoughts. In my country we leave the edges of the fields unharvested for nature – for we cannot live without bees and there could be a butterfly effect.

Thank you, South Hampton! Love the world wide community here on WordPress 😀 Yes, the bees!
Beautiful shot and that fire looks so warm. That is a meaningful quote, and love the message of kindness within it. What we get sometimes can be all ours to take, but if we share it can do the world much better 🙂 Hope you had a great time since your wedding, and congratulations 🙂
Thank you, Mabel! We are enjoying our marriage, including our fire pit 😀 I love the concept of gleaning and yes, the kindness in it
Welcome back to the blog sphere!

The fire is just dancing in this shot! I love how you captured the four elements of earth, air, fire and water together.
Glad you like it, Susan! I didn’t think about capturing the four elements, thanks for pointing that out!
