The Lord calls us to converge, be together, form a community, a family. The church isn’t perfect at accomplishing this. But the Lord is always faithful to bring a few good friends alongside to help us through the times of trouble and enjoy life. I hope and pray that you have some type of community, even a very small one, during the holidays. If not, perhaps it is time to venture out and find what God has for you.
