The photo challenge this week is Lines & Patterns. This is the Northern Hotel in Fort Collins, which was remodeled in the Art Deco style in 1936. Back in the day, visitors included Franklin D. Roosevelt, John Wayne, Olivia DeHaveland, and Vincent Price. It is now serves as low income housing for seniors and home to Starbucks 🙂
Life has been complete insanity for the past month and I haven’t been able to read the posts of my inspiring fellow bloggers or post myself. I’m amazed at how much I missed seeing your posts and participating in the creative process. I appreciate more than ever the power of creativity to refresh and revive us. I’m so glad to be part of the WordPress community 🙂

I love the symmetry of Art Deco!
Me too, it’s very elegant 🙂 My brother’s place in Chicago is all art deco and it’s fabulous.
